Three buyers grab 57 acres near Henderson airport

South 15 Partners LLC has sold almost 57 acres of vacant land near Henderson Executive Airport.

PDCUSIF South 15 LLC purchased 32.58 acres for $5.904 million and Beltway 4.77 LLC purchased 11.94 acres for $2.08 million. In both deals, Scott Gragson and Robert Torres of Colliers International represented the buyer.

GKT4 LLC purchased 12.45 acres at Executive Airport Drive and St. Rose Parkway for $2.169 million.

In all three transactions, the team of Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the seller, South 15 Partners LLC.

Sales of significance

• SGPS Holdings LLC purchased 28,420 square feet of industrial space in the Coleman Airpark at 2865 Coleman St. in North Las Vegas for $2.411 million. Greg Pancirov and Mike DeLew of Colliers International represented the buyer.

• CEL Holdings II LLC purchased 7,524 square feet of industrial space at 3830 S. Valley View Blvd. in Las Vegas for $700,000. Renae Russo of Colliers International represented the seller, Lynn and Jane Mosdell Trust.

• The Khusrow Roohani Family Trust and Remark Revocable Trust purchased 2.5 acres of vacant land at the northwest corner of Torino Avenue and Tenaya Way in Las Vegas for $275,000. Vince Schettler of Colliers International represented the buyer. Brian Fike and Joe Bonifatto of Colliers International represented the seller, the Estate of Charles Todaro.

• Brooks Hubley LLP leased 4,465 square feet of office space in the Plazas at Summerlin at 1645 Village Center Circle, Suite 60, in Las Vegas for 65 months and $688,000. Scott Donaghe of Avison Young represented the tenant. Darren Lemmon of CBRE represented the landlord, Hines/Oaktree Venture.

• The ICEE Co. leased 4,333 square feet of industrial space in the Valley View Corporate Center at 6185 Valley View Blvd., Suite M, in Las Vegas for 84 months and $307,000 from Koll Valley View I II III LLC. Joe Leavitt and Chris Lexis of Avison Young represented the tenant.

• Lee Cleaners leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in the Monterey Vista Village Shopping Center at 6525 S. Fort Apache Road, Suite 135, in Las Vegas for 120 months and $281,000. Liz Clare, Jackie Young and Kris Watier of Avison Young represented the landlord, Monterey Vista Villlage Shopping Center.

• Maguire Insurance Agency Inc. leased 1,785 square feet of office space at 1925 Village Center Circle, Suite 120, in Las Vegas for 60 months and $176,715. Soozi Jones Walker and Bobbi Miracle of Commercial Executives Real Estate Services represented the landlord, RSM Investments Inc.
