Las Vegas-based DC Building Group is on a roll, landing two more retail projects on the Strip.
The general contractor, formerly known as Danoski Clutts Building Group, has been retained to build the first food and beverage tenant in the Grand Bazaar Shops — Starbucks — and the first Buffalo Wild Wings to be located in the resort corridor.
The projects are valued at almost $5 million.
“We are honored to be selected for these two important projects that are helping to shape the landscape of the Las Vegas Strip,” said Bryce Clutts, president of DC Building Group. “These projects come on the heels of an already strong Las Vegas Strip-based year for us, and we plan to continue that momentum heading into summer and fall.”
Recently, DC Building Group completed the resort corridor-based Chili’s flagship across from CityCenter that features outdoor patio seating along Las Vegas Boulevard and M&M’s World Las Vegas, owned by Mars Corp. and located in the Showcase Mall.
Those two projects were valued at almost $10 million.
Once completed, the Buffalo Wild Wings will function as the brand’s flagship location in Nevada.
