Evening of Hope will raise money for the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada at 6:30 p.m. in Building B on the 16th floor of the World Market Center, 475 S. Grand Central Parkway. The nonprofit event provides support, education, hope and advocacy through programs and services for children and adolescents with cancer and their families in Southern Nevada. New this year, several of the Candlelighters kids will create a piece of art during the event which will be auctioned during the evening. Each year, Candlelighters recognizes one or more of its beneficiaries with Shine Awards for their courage, strength and spirit in fighting childhood cancer and other companies and individuals for their contribution and support in fighting the disease and efforts to further the Candlelighters mission. $75/per person; $150/VIP.
