Clark County Medical Society has named Deborah Kuhls to its new 2017-2018 Executive Board of Trustees as treasurer. Dr. Kuhls is a trauma and general surgeon in Las Vegas. She is a professor of surgery and chief of critical care at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. Dr. Kuhls is attending surgeon in general surgery, trauma surgery and critical care at University Medical Center, where she is the medical director of the 14 bed trauma intensive care unit.
Clark County Medical Society has named Souzan El-Eid to its new 2017-2018 Executive Board of Trustees as immediate past president. Dr. El-Eid has been named Top Doctor by Las Vegas Life and Desert Companion, Medical Marvels by Nevada Business Magazine, Distinguished Women in Nevada by Distinguished Publishing Company, Top Breast Surgeon by HealthTap, and America’s Most Compassionate Doctor as chosen by PatientsChoice.org.
Clark County Medical Society has named Joseph Adashek to its new 2017-2018 Executive Board of Trustees as president. Dr. Adashek is a highly-acclaimed doctor in the field of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Clark County Medical Society has named Jerry Reeves to its new 2017-2018 Executive Board of Trustees as delegate chair. Dr. Reeves is senior vice president of Medical Affairs for HealthInsight, where he is responsible for clinical oversight and guidance for the work performed.
Clark County Medical Society has named Daniel L. Burkhead to its new 2017-2018 Executive Board of Trustees as secretary. Dr. Burkhead has been in practice in Las Vegas since 1999, and he opened Innovative Pain Care Center in 2001. He is also an active researcher, and is currently the principal investigator for several clinical studies involving chronic pain.
Clark County Medical Society has named Jeffrey J. Roth to its new 2017-2018 Executive Board of Trustees as president elect. Dr. Roth is rated among the top docs in the nation, receiving awards including Top Doctors in Plastic Surgery 2012-15 and the Patient’s Choice Award from 2008 — 2015.
Seabreeze Management Company Inc., a property management firm, has named Isaiah S. Henry its new chief executive officer. This move is part of an ownership transition agreement between Henry and Lisa Dale, the firm’s founder and past CEO. Henry has assumed responsibility for daily operations while Dale will continue her involvement with the organization as chairman of the board. Henry joined Seabreeze in 2014. With more than 11 years of industry experience, Henry brings the credentials to continue the vision set forth by Dale since 1987. During Henry’s tenure with Seabreeze, the firm has boasted a 99 percent client retention rate and grown from 150 employees to more than 300. The firm has also expanded operations by opening offices in Northern and Southern California and Las Vegas. Previously, Henry was senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Professional Community Management. He also served as vice president, business development at FirstService Residential.

Nevada Cancer Specialists has added Randy Calegari and Deepa Mocherla as health care providers.
Dr. Calegari will join Nevada Cancer Specialists, specializing in oncology. Dr. Calegari completed his medical training at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno and completed his residency at the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas. He also served as a cardiac fellow in cardiothoracic surgery at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Oregon.
Dr. Mocherla will join Nevada Cancer Specialists, specializing in oncology. Dr. Mocherla completed his medical training at Sri Siddhartha Medical College in Tumkur, India and completed his residency (chief medical resident) in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas. Dr. Mocherla was also chief fellow, medical oncology at Nevada Cancer Institute in affiliation with the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas.
