BANKING

Kayla Pederson joins Clark County Credit Union as loan operations manager and senior underwriter. In this capacity, Pederson will be managing a team of loan operations specialists and underwriting higher risk consumer loans.

GAMING

Navegante named Gary Armentrout as its senior vice president, development. He leads the development efforts within the company and specifically the efforts of Trillium Entertainment, which was formed by Navegante and its Canadian partners to bid on, acquire, expand and operate selected casino properties that the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corp. in Canada is in process of privatizing.

FINANCE

Jeremy E. Golar from Waddell &Reed has relocated his financial planning practice to the Las Vegas area. He joined the company as financial adviser in 2013 in the Salem, Ore., office.

LAW

Hutchison &Steffen added Joshua O. Igeleke Jr. as an associate attorney. Igeleke practices primarily in corporate and commercial, business and commercial litigation, real estate and employment law.

Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck added Kirk Homeyer as an associate and Kandis McClure as policy analyst in the firm’s Las Vegas office. Homeyer practices in the firm’s corporate department, focusing on counseling businesses in entity formation, general corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings and corporate restructurings. McClure joined the firm’s government relations department, focusing on the Nevada state government. Her background includes work in the public policy, political and health care sectors.

Solomon Dwiggins &Freer, Ltd. named three new partners — Steven E. Hollingworth, Brian P. Eagan and Jeffrey P. Luszeck. Hollingworth previously served as of counsel with the firm. He has worked with the firm for four years, focusing his practice on estate, gift and tax planning. Eagan had been an associate with the firm. He practices in fiduciary matters and regularly represents professional and private fiduciaries, banks, creditors and beneficiaries. Luszeck, also promoted from an associate, primarily practices business, trust and estate litigation.

Cami M. Perkins has joined Holley, Driggs, Walch, Puzey &Thompson as a shareholder in its Las Vegas law office. She practices in corporate and real estate transactions and business commercial litigation. She had been of counsel at Hutchison &Steffen.

NONPROFIT

Three Square Food Bank has overhauled its managerial team. Paula Pettit has been promoted to senior director of marketing and communications. She has been with the organization for more than two years. Darwin Bosen has been promoted to director of operations. He has just marked his one-year anniversary with the organization and is responsible for managing and coordinating all of the daily logistics for the organization’s warehouses and transportation operations for a fleet of 22 vehicles. James Rogers Jr. was promoted to logistics manager. He has been with the organization since 2011 and oversees all transportation duties. Tony Caufield was hired as technology manager. Matthew Hirsch was hired as volunteer engagement manager. And DeWayne McCoy was hired as warehouse manager.

REAL ESTATE

Colliers International has hired Kara Walker as a senior associate and Kari Bradley as an associate. Walker brings more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in office and industrial properties. Walker’s extensive brokerage and marketing background includes acquisition and disposition, tenant and landlord representation, investment and land sales, development as well as providing professional marketing, research, and property analysis. Bradley works directly with clients to conduct property tours, coordinate closings and provide a detailed project analysis.
