In her new role, she will lead Lexicon Bank’s relationship management team, champion the expansion of the Commercial & Industrial Lending Group and accelerate the growth and innovation of the Bank’s Treasury Management services.

Cavalieri joins Lexicon Bank following her tenure as Senior Vice President, Nevada Market

Executive at Bank of America, where she spearheaded market strategy and client acquisition for a diverse commercial banking portfolio. Prior to that, she held a series of senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo Bank, culminating in the role of business banking manager for the Las Vegas market.

In addition to her professional credentials, Cavalieri is engaged in the Southern Nevada community. She serves on the board of directors and Loan Committee for the Nevada State Development Corp. and previously held a board position with Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada. Her passion for volunteerism and giving back has been a hallmark of her leadership style.

With Cavalieri’s leadership, Lexicon Bank is poised to expand its influence, deepen client relationships and enhance the sophisticated financial services offered to commercial clients.

• Nevada-based Logic Commercial Real Estate welcomed Blake Leavitt to the Las Vegas brokerage office. Leavitt will serve as a vice president and specialize in multifamily and commercial investment sales, leveraging his extensive local market knowledge to identify emerging opportunities.

With over nine years as a real estate broker and over 14 years as a real estate investor, Leavitt brings a unique dual perspective. He has experience in all facets of multifamily including acquisitions, asset management, construction management, debt financing, dispositions, direct ownership, equity partnerships, on-the-ground operations, property management and recapitalizations. He provides deep advisory support while regularly investing in the sector he serves. He owns 48 multifamily units in Las Vegas and is a limited partner in 2,744 multifamily units nationwide.

Prior to joining Logic Commercial Real Estate, Leavitt was a director of multifamily and commercial investment sales at KW Commercial for over five years, closing over $100 million in transactions. He earned the top producer awards of No. 1 Agent in the Las Vegas Region in 2022, 2021, and 2020. Before joining KW Commercial in 2020, he closed over $20 million in transactions, earning various top producer awards.
