• One Nevada Credit Union has named Robert Kraus vice president of commercial lending. He joined One Nevada in 2014 as a commercial credit analyst before progressing to portfolio manager and then to assistant vice president/senior credit analyst.
After a 46-year career in financial services, Sandy Thompson, One Nevada’s previous vice president of commercial lending, announced his retirement. “We’d like to thank Sandy for building an extremely strong and responsive commercial lending team,” said Paul Parrish, president/CEO of One Nevada. “His leadership and mentorship over the past 12 years have set the stage for a smooth and seamless transition.”
Kraus began his career in the casino industry as a teenager before joining the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he assisted students with disabilities for six years. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from UNLV. He interned with Marcus & Millichap and worked in gaming audit and accounting for three years before joining One Nevada. He also held a Nevada real estate license, successfully closing several residential transactions.
Raised in a Navy household, Kraus was born in Connecticut but grew up in several areas of California before moving to Las Vegas to be closer to extended family. He’s married to his high school sweetheart, and the couple has two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his extended family, coaching his kids in soccer and flag football, golfing and following NFL & NCAA football.

• The Mayor’s Fund for Las Vegas LIFE (Mayor’s Fund), a vehicle for companies and individuals in the private sector to support key city initiatives that improve quality of life for all Las Vegans, announces the appointments of Danielle Bisterfeldt and Heather Harmon to its board of directors.
— Bisterfeldt is senior vice president of marketing and consumer experience for Summerlin, a development of Howard Hughes Holdings, Inc. in Southern Nevada. In this position, Bisterfeldt, is responsible for management of all branding, marketing and business development functions for Summerlin and Downtown Summerlin, the community’s 400-acre mixed-use urban core. She also served as associate general manager for Fashion Show and marketing manager for Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian | The Palazzo.
— Harmon works with artists, organizations and museums on leadership, strategy and fundraising. She is the executive director of the Las Vegas Museum of Art and the co-executive director of the Triple Aught Foundation, which governs and manages Michael Heizer’s City. Previously, she served as director of the Nevada Museum of Art in Las Vegas and prior, she was director of development for Artists Space, New York. From 2008-2013 she was director at Regen Projects, Los Angeles before joining the firm KCM Fine Arts to build and manage Art Projects Ibiza and the Lune Rouge Foundation in Ibiza, Spain.

• Nathan Adelson Hospice, a leader in hospice and palliative care in Southern Nevada, announced Celena DiLullo has joined its board of trustees. President of Palm Mortuaries and Cemeteries, DiLullo’s knowledge and professionalism in end-of-life grief makes her an asset to the board.
With more than 25 years of experience in the funeral industry and more than 13 years with Palm Mortuaries and Cemeteries, DiLullo is a trusted member of the greater health care community and brings compassion, exceptional service and dynamic leadership to the Nathan Adelson Hospice board of trustees, according to Nathan Adelson Hospice President and CEO Karen Rubel.
“We are honored and excited to welcome Celena to our board of trustees,” Rubel said. “Her experience in the industry, compassion for others and great ideas will help further the board’s mission in helping our community.”
DiLullo is involved with several other nonprofits, volunteering her time and support to groups including, Nevada Ballet Theatre, Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, Jewish Nevada, LVMPD foundation, Nevada Donor Network, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada, and the Injured Police Officers Fund.
Additionally, DiLullo serves as a commissioner on the Nevada Commission for Women, a board member for the Nevada State Board of Funeral Directors, Embalmers and Cemetery Services, a board member of Las Vegas Executives’ Association, a member of Nathan Adelson Hospice’s Golden Monarch Council, and sits on the Executive Women’s Council for the Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
• HopeLink of Southern Nevada, the nonprofit focused on preventing homelessness, has announced Anthony McCrary as its director of development – a position created to support the organization’s ambitious growth plans to meet the accelerating homelessness crisis. McCrary has over 20 years of strategic partnership experience within retail, technology, biotechnology, education and financial service industries. He will focus on developing and sustaining long-term strategic business partnerships for HopeLink, as well as improving and strengthening the framework for corporate giving and grant programs.
“We are thrilled to have Anthony join our dedicated team as we embark on a bold growth plan to serve the numerous individuals, families and seniors that struggle with rising costs in nearly all areas of day-to-day life,” said Aaron Sheets, interim chief executive officer for HopeLink. “Our work, the impact we’ve had in the community, and the achievements of our clients would not be possible without crucial partnerships with businesses, foundations and civic organizations. Prior to HopeLink, McCrary served as the DEI and sustainability strategic account director at Caesars Entertainment. He worked closely with the government relations team to build partnerships that support the company’s sustainability and inclusion efforts, as well as corporate social responsibility values. McCrary is also the founder and president of McCrary Enterprise, a DEI consulting company that works with companies to create, design and manage customized DEI programs, as well as identify corporate social responsibility initiatives in the communities they serve.
McCrary also has an array of volunteer and charity experience, including serving on the advisory board of the California Law Academy, which exposes at-risk high school students to the legal profession in the state. He also served a two-year term as commissioner for the Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention Commission in Solano County, California, which works to reduce recidivism among juvenile offenders. He serves on the local President’s Board for the National Football League’s Alumni Association.
McCrary holds a Bachelor of Science from the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
HopeLink of Southern Nevada, a 501(c)(3) founded in 1991, serves Southern Nevada with housing, food, medical, employment, shelter, utility and low-income child, family, senior and homeless assistance programs from its offices at 178 Westminster Way in Henderson and 3535 W. Sahara Ave. in Las Vegas. HopeLink, now in its 32nd year, is a designated Family Resource Center (FRC) in Clark County operating on donations from individuals, corporate giving, foundations, grants and annual fundraising events.
