SALES OF SIGNIFICANCE

• American Homes 4 Rent purchased 99,600 square feet of office space in Hughes Airport at 280 Pilot Road in Las Vegas for $20 million from Ameriprise Financial. Joe Leavitt, Scott Donaghe and Chris Lexis of Avison Young represented American Homes 4 Rent.

• 216 Spanish Oaks LLC purchased the 216-unit Spanish Oaks apartment complex at 2301 S. Valley View Blvd. in Las Vegas for $14.08 million. Art Carli and Patrick J. Sauter of NAI Vegas represented both the buyer and the seller, Spanish Owner LLC.

• JARM LLC purchased 9,200 square feet of retail space at 5061 E. Sahara Ave. in Las Vegas for $2.55 million. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller, East Sahara &Nellis LLC.

• Island Pacific Silverado Inc., dba Island Pacific Supermarket, leased 14,643 square feet of retail space at 467 E. Silverado Ranch Blvd. in Las Vegas for $2.16 million and 120 months. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, Empress Group LLC.

• Peter Piper Inc., dba Peter Piper Pizza, leased 9,613 square feet of retail space at 6081 S. Eastern Ave. in Las Vegas for $1.99 milion and 180 months. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord, MCP Airport Center LLC.

• Copper State Bolt and Nut Co. leased 10,350 square feet of industrial space at 5530 S. Valley View Blvd. in Las Vegas. Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented the landlord, TLM Holdings LLC.

• The Lucky Liquor Co. LLC leased approximately 2,944 square feet of retail space at Desert Inn Plaza at 3246 E. Desert Inn Road in Las Vegas.
