Sales of significance

• A+H Properties LLC purchased the 2,100 square-foot SBUX Martin Luther King/Mount Mariah retail property at 1925 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in North Las Vegas for $1.988 million. Adam Malan, Sean Margolis and Deana Marcello of Logic Commercial represented the seller, MLK Mariah Pure LLC.

• 8816 Spanish Ridge LLC purchased the 6,804 square-foot Spanish Ridge stand-alone office property at 8816 Spanish Ridge Ave. in Las Vegas for $1.15 million. Matthew Brady of ACRES represented the buyer. Marc Magliarditi, Jason Brooks and Scot Prince of Logic Commercial represented the seller, UAG Property Sub 1 LLC.

• Five Star Healthcare LLC purchased the 4,030 square-foot 6140 Coley Office Building at 6140 Coley Ave. in Las Vegas for $575,000. Leonard Coronet of Desert Sky Realty represented the buyer. Gino Vincent of Logic Commercial represented the seller, Richard B. Parnell.

• Shiv Shakti LLC purchased the 3,650 square-foot North Las Vegas Industrial Building at 2048 Las Vegas Blvd. North in North Las Vegas for $340,000. • The Bonati Institute leased 11,872 square feet of office space at 10195 W. Twain Ave., Suite 100 in Las Vegas for $4.622 million and 120 months. Barton Hyde of Avison Young represented the tenant. Roy Fritz of Sun Commercial represented the landlord, Patriot Reading Associates.

• Boulevard Furniture leased 21,875 square feet of retail space at Las Vegas Outlet-Annex at 7680 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Suite 205 in Las Vegas for $4.605 million and 84 months. Kevin Ghafouria of Keller Williams Realty represented the tenant. Liz Clare and Jackie Young of Avison Young represented the landlord, LS-USB 2007-C6 Annex REO.

• DGP Holdings leased 5,000 square feet of industrial space at 2222 W. Cheyenne Ave. in North Las Vegas for $360,000 and 36 months. Chris Lexis and Joe Leavitt of Avison Young represented the tenant. Bryan Houser of Albright Callister represented the landlord, BRI Cheyenne Storage.
