• Dean Willmore of Colliers International represented the lessor, TLF Logistics II Eldorado Business Center LLC, in a pair of deals in the Eldorado Business Center. Specialty Color Corp. Inc. leased 5,007 square feet of industrial space at 7485 Dean Martin Dr., Suite 102, in Las Vegas.
