Sales of significance

● Colliers International brokers closed on two recent sales.

Al Twainy of Colliers International guided Crossroads Plaza LV LLC in its $24.25 million purchase of a 115,000-square-foot shopping center at 4955 S. Fort Apache Road. The seller was Birkeland Family Delaware LLC IV, Clark County Assessor records show.

Also, Vince Schettler represented Mosaic Five LLC and The Khusrow Family Trust u/a/d 11/12/1997 in its $400,000 purchase of a 3-acre vacant parcel at North Jones Boulevard and West La Madre Way. The previous owner was Hood River Management Services LLC, records show.

● Swecker &Lipp Tenaya Azure LLC sold 1.43 acres of land at 7285 W. Azure Drive to Azure Development LLC. Total consideration was $560,000. Ben Millis, Chris Beets, and David Lipp of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller in the transaction.

● Dr. Blaine R. Hansen, a dentist, has leased 6,538 square feet of retail space in Tierra Rainbow Professional Plaza, 6181 S. Rainbow Blvd., Suite 101, Las Vegas. Robert S. Hatrak II of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Mayflower Properties LP, in the 78-month lease valued at $669,674.38.

● General Supply &Services dba Gexpro, leased 19,958 square feet of industrial space at 5440 S. Procyon St. Jennifer Levine of Voit Real Estate Services advised landlord Procyon East LLC; Kris Knapstein of DTZ represented tenant in the $263,820 deal.

● Sweets Nation LLC has leased 1,469 square feet of retail space in Crossroads Towne Center, 6584 N. Decatur Blvd., Suite 120, Las Vegas. The 60-month deal is valued at $198,362.23. Preston Abell and Jeff Mitchell of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Eagle Crossroads Center 2 LLC.

● Tina Le dba Nail Salon leased 1,200 square feet of retail space for 60 months at 7380 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 119, from Warm Springs Plaza, LLC. Total consideration was $114,677.33. Eric Berggren of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessor; Leon Ho and San Huynh of Stonegate Real Estate Services represented the lessee in the transaction.

● Allstate Insurance leased 16,352 square feet of office space in the Green Valley Corporate Center at 2360 Corporate Circle in Henderson. Taber Thill, Ryan Martin, and Patti Dillon of Colliers International represented the lessee.

● Salus Uniforms Inc. leased 11,280 square feet of industrial space in the Henderson Commerce Center at 900 W. Warm Springs Road, Suite 110, in Henderson. Greg Pancirov and Mike DeLew of Colliers International represented the lessee.

● Infinite Trend LLC leased 4,271 square feet of industrial space in Hacienda Crossing at 5275 S. Arville St., Suite 312 in Las Vegas. Greg Pancirov, Mike DeLew and Dean Willmore of Colliers International represented the lessor, FJM Vegas Holdings LLC.
