Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske and Roy Fritz represented buyer KBHN Group LLC in its $1.07 million purchase of an 8,530-square-foot industrial building at 6651 Schuster St. Dan Doherty of Colliers International represented seller DDM Investments LLC.
Lisa Hauger and Tim Behrendt represented Martinez Development LLC in its sale of a 5,226-square-foot industrial building at 6580 Spencer St. Kevin Buckly represented buyer NV Greenleaf Inc. in the $700,000 sale.

▶ Flip N Tag LLC leased 41,500 square feet of retail space at 4245 S. Grand Canyon Drive, Suite 111-114, Las Vegas from E-Grand Ventures, LLC. The 10-year deal is valued at $3,368,788.08. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessor in the transaction.
▶ Home Team Pest Defense has leased 4,796 square feet of industrial space at 6450 Cameron St., Suite 100-101, Las Vegas. James Griffis of MDL Group represented the tenant in the 84-month deal valued at $408,621. Mike Delew and Greg Pancirov of Colliers represented the landlord, York Decatur Crossing LLC.
▶ Steve’s Frozen Chillers of NV has leased 5,690 square feet of industrial space at Valley View Business Center, 6280 S. Valley View, Suite 624-628, Las Vegas. James Griffis of MDL Group represented the tenant in the 39-month deal valued at $183,551. Theresa Vinuya of Heller represented the landlord, Herb Sostek/Valley View Business Center.
▶ Neil Dela Cruz and Hillary Steinberg of MDL Group finalized a 60-month lease valued at $154,079 for Brian J. Steinberg, dba Steinberg Law Group. The 2,145 square foot property is located in the Fountain View Business Park at 4270 S. Decatur Blvd, Suite B-10, Las Vegas. The propert owner is Bayer Realty – Dunn It Out West LLC.
