DEAL WATCH: Holsum Design Center gets anchor tenant

LaPour Management has announced NS8, an online abuse, fraud, and user experience protection platform, has executed a five-year lease of 12,890 square feet in the Holsum Design Center (Lofts) in downtown Las Vegas.

With this transaction, NS8 becomes the anchor tenant for the repurposed 46,000-square-feet former bread factory at 241 W. Charleston Blvd. as of March 1. Located in the heart of the flourishing arts district and minutes from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, the building provides a contemporary urban working space for the tech company’s marketing, design and operations teams.

Originally built in 1958, the Holsum Design Center (Lofts) was redeveloped by LaPour in 2004, to provide modern amenities in a mixed use, creative office environment, while maintaining its historic charm and architecture. In addition to NS8, the building is home to architects, designers, real estate and financial firms and other professional and creative users. Holsum is also home to Lola’s, A Louisiana Kitchen restaurant.

• A sale to Paradise Marketplace LLC. The 77,997-square-foot retail property is in Paradise Marketplace at 3810-3870 E. Flamingo Road. The transactionvalue was $15,750,000. Al Twainy, CCIM, and Amelia Hyden of Colliers International represented the buyer.

• The sale of an Industrial building was completed on Feb. 16. The 8,035-square foot property is at 827 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. The total value of the transaction was $750,000.00. • The Sale of a retail investment building was completed on Feb. 23. The 10,192-square-foot property is at 155 Lemmon Drive in Reno. The total value of the transaction was $4,250,000.00.
