Industrial property sold for $5.6 million

Sales of significance

▶  Marco Management LLC of Glendale, Calif., purchased 50,000 square feet of industrial space at 3135 Marco St., Las Vegas. The price was $5.6 million. The buyer was represented by Charles Devorak of Re/Max Affiliates, Henderson. The seller, T.N.D. LLC of Las Vegas, was represented by Shawn Barashy, Lee &Associates.

▶  MW Nevada LLC has purchased the 5,589-square-foot property at 375 N. Stephanie St. #2 in Henderson for $800,000. Wil and Paul Chaffee of NAI Vegas marketed the property and represented both the buyer and the seller, Bank of America.

▶  Bay Area Exhibits Inc. leased 33,750 square feet of industrial property at 2191 Mendenhall Drive, Suite 101-104, in North Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, Northpark LLC. Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty represented the lessee.

▶  Bahuchar Trading, LLC leased 1,800 square feet of retail space for 65 months at 8090 Blue Diamond Road, Suite180, from Sunstone Diamond, LLC. Total consideration was $179,496.00. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessor; Jaimee Yoshizawa of The RED Ltd. represented the lessee.

▶  Maggie Reb, A Single Woman/Belle De Provence dba La Maison De Maggie, leased 1,400 square feet of retail space for 63 months at 3455 S. Durango Dr., Suite 112, from MDM Properties Nevada, LLC. Total consideration was $105,840. Chris Godino of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the lessor; Amy Kyzykyan of Realty One Group represented the lessee.

▶  Technology Litigation Corp. leased 1,264 square feet of office space at 320 E. Warm Springs Road, Suite 1B in Las Vegas. The transaction value is $82,455. Chris Connell of Colliers International represented the lessor, Warm Springs Limited Partnership.

▶  Faster Ventures Inc. leased 2,254 square feet of industrial space at 5010 S. Decatur Blvd., Suite H, in Las Vegas. The transaction value is $45,024. Dean Willmore, Mike De Lew and Greg Pancirov of Colliers International represented the lessor, FJM Vegas Holdings LLC.

▶  The Freight Dude leased 1,332 square feet of office space at 5594 S. Ft. Apache Road, Suite 120, in Las Vegas. Renae Russo of Colliers International represented the lessee.

▶  Tempo Logistics LLC leased 3,368 square feet of industrial space at 7140 Dean Martin Drive, Suite 800, in Las Vegas. Spencer Pinter of Colliers International represented the lessor, WSL Properties LLC.

▶  Celebrations A Party Store LLC leased 1,200 square feet of retail space in Simmons Centre, 3030 W Ann Road, Suite 108, North Las Vegas. Jakke Farley and Jeff Mitchell of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Simmons Centre LLC. The lessee was represented by DRSS Real Estate services. The 36-month deal is valued at $49,680.

▶  Shawn Elliott dba Lobsterman’s Restaurant leased 749 square feet of retail space in Montelago Village at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson. The 39-month deal is valued at $47, 187. Robert S. Hatrak II of Virtus Commercial represented the lessor, Signal Butte Investors LLC.
