Industrial space sold for $1.49 million

SALES OF SIGNIFICANCE

• The Sadler Family Trust purchased 13,572 square feet of industrial space at 5570 Reference St. in Las Vegas for $1.49 million. Mike DeLew of Colliers International represented the buyer. CHI Nevada LLC was the seller.

• Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church purchased 3.13 acres of vacant land northeast of Dapple Gray Drive in Las Vegas for $840,000. Vince Schettler of Colliers International represented the sellers, Dapple Gray Drive Trust and Roma Investments Group.
