MEDICAL OFFICE CONDO SOLD AT CORONADO CANYONS

Representatives of Coronado Canyons, the 95,000-square-foot commercial real estate property situated on the southeast corner of Green Valley Parkway and Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson, announced the sale of a medical office condominium within the development at 660 S. Green Valley Parkway.

David Livingston of IREPLV, LLC represented the seller, Coronado Medical Center LLC, in the $543,840 transaction encompassing 2,472 square feet. The buyer, Badar Anwar, M.D., was represented by Marc Magliarditi of Logic Commercial Real Estate.

COMPLETED SALES TRANSACTIONS

• A sale to Hollywood Mobile Systems Inc. The 3,498-square-foot retail property is in Hualapai Springs Plaza at the northwest corner of Hualapai Way and Deer Springs Way.
