▶ Company: Tim Soder Physical Therapy, Wellness &Sports Performance
▶ What do you REALLY do? I get to kick people’s butts all day. I create, set up and take people through workout routines all day. At least that is the fun part of what I do.
▶ What’s the best part of your job: Definitely all the different people that I get to work with, from professional athletes to business professionals to 10-year-old kids trying to improve their speed and agility.
▶ What accomplishment in the past year are you most proud of: The expansion of Tim Soder Physical Therapy’s facilities and the new corporate wellness and athletic programs that we have created. It is an awesome feeling to watch your company grow.
▶ Where’s the best place to network: Parties. You get to meet a ton of new people who are in a relaxed environment and willing to chat.
▶ Facebook or LinkedIn: Facebook, because I’m old school.
▶ Favorite off-work activity: Traveling and any outdoor activity.
▶ What’s your favorite professional association, community or charitable involvement: I really enjoy donating my time and professional services to some of the college and high school athletic programs in town.
▶ What do you drive: A Honda Accord named Sammy.
▶ Beer or wine: It depends on the evening. A really good red wine with dinner is awesome, but nothing beats a cold beer on a hot Vegas night.
▶ What do you want to be doing in 2025: Operating two additional locations here in the valley, and without a doubt, more international travel.
▶ What’s the best advice you’ve received: No matter what you are doing, do it to the best of your abilities.
▶ How do you define success: Success is different for everyone. I know that I’ve had success at some things and failed at others. The important thing for me is to love what I do and to keep progressing and moving forward.
