Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) is presenting a virtual version of its next Commercial Education Day on June 25, offering online commercial real estate classes for those in or considering a career in the industry. The June 25 classes will be held from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1-4 p.m. via Zoom. The cost is $35 for CALV members, or $40 for non-members. Participants can earn three continuing education credits for each class.
CALV President Petra Latch, whose professional designations including being a member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), said CALV is committed to presenting fully accredited continuing education classes with an emphasis on commercial real estate, all taught by experienced instructors.
The morning class will focus on “Agency for Commercial.” The afternoon class is on “Commercial Contracts & Creative Clauses — the Road to Litigation.” Instructors for both courses are Soozi Jones-Walker, CCIM, and SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), and Bobbi Miracle, CCIM, SIOR, and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist).
