The Catalyst Mastermind Collaborative in Las Vegas, has started a new initiative to support local entrepreneurs who are launching their first business. It’s called the Catalyst Incubator. The first Catalyst Incubator strategy session will be held March 8 from 4 to 8 p.m. at The Coop South, 5955 Edmond St. Future sessions will be held on the first Wednesday of every month, with the exception of July 4, thereafter.

Catalyst is a mastermind group built around Napoleon Hill’s premise of 1 + 1 = 3, meaning that when two minds come together a third “mastermind” is created. For years, the organization used this premise to help local small and medium-sized businesses, through one-on-one mentorship, find the next level of success. Now, Catalyst leaders want to share their knowledge with local entrepreneurs through its incubator program, helping early business ideas evolve from a side hustle to a real hustle.

The Catalyst Incubator will host monthly group meetings to provide education and one-on-one mentorship, said founder Sonia Petkewich, along with money coach, Lisa Chastain.

“This partnership is beyond exciting, as business owners in this phase need leadership training, operational guidance, as well as coaching around financial strategy and confidence,” Petkewich said. “These entrepreneurs will have access to expert coaches in these critical areas.”

Each session costs $597; some of the subjects the program will cover include:

• Sales, marketing and branding

• Clarifying a product offering, pricing

• Website creation

• Breaking through limiting beliefs

• Finances and legal aspects of running a business

Program interest is strong and space is limited. Entrepreneurs can fill out an application at catalyst.vegas.
