Sales of significance
• Charland Square, a 27,402-square-foot retail center at 1201-1240 E. Charleston Blvd., has been sold for $2.25 million. Downtown Rental Inc. is the buyer; US Bank NA is the seller. NAI Vegas, which manages the property, represented both parties in the deal.
• Argyris Enterprises LLC and JoAnn Argyris sold 4,600 square feet of retail space at 5680 S. Pecos Road to Ebrahim Kaabipour for $2.45 million. Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the seller.
• Z LEB Group LLC bought the 24-unit multifamily property at 1922 Fairfield Ave. in Las Vegas for $1.075 million. Tom Naseef, Garry Cuff and Jeff Naseef of Colliers International represented the seller, Oscar and Antonia Ramos.
