John M. Naylor, Esq., a former judge advocate for the United States Air Force and arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association, has been licensed for nearly 35 years and is a co-founder of Naylor & Braster, a Las Vegas law firm specializing in business litigation. He practices in the areas of commercial litigation, appellate work and construction law.
Q: What are you reading?
A: I’m reading “Sea of Wolves,” a novel about German U-Boats. It’s a historical fiction novel about German u-boats in World War II.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant or place to take clients?
A: It’s a tie between True Foods in Downtown Summerlin and Flower Child. I like the grilled chicken and mozzarella panini at True Foods. My favorite take-out is Thai Wok To Go at Village Center Circle.
Q: Where do you work out or play your favorite sport?
A: I work out mostly at city parks. I like to walk outside and swim at the gym.
Q: How do you decompress after a hard week?
A: I like to spend time with my family. We do a lot of cooking and hiking.
Q: What is the biggest challenge facing Southern Nevada in the next five years?
A: Reaching an agreement with surrounding states to address the water situation that the West is facing.
