• LOGIC Commercial Real Estate announced two of its rising professionals, Michael Sclafani and Mallory LaBranch, MBA, have been awarded prestigious scholarships from the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute.
— Sclafani, senior associate, received the CCIM Southern Nevada Past Presidents Scholarship to support his continued education in the CI 102 course. A candidate member of CCIM and active member of the Southern Nevada chapter, he also serves on the Wine Event Committee. He is on track to test for his full CCIM designation in 2026.
— LaBranch, MBA, associate, was awarded the Brad Bonkowski Named Memorial, Bighorn Sheep, Endowment Scholarship — the largest scholarship offered by the Northern Nevada CCIM chapter. This marks the first year of availability for this $1,500 scholarship, which holds deep personal significance as it honors Mallory’s late stepfather, Brad Bonkowski, CCIM. LaBranch is also aiming to earn her CCIM pin in 2026.

• IndiCap, a commercial real estate firm specializing in industrial investment and development throughout the U.S. Southwest, announced the appointment of Michael Argier as senior development manager.
Argier brings more than 18 years of real estate development and investment experience to IndiCap. He has overseen the development of more than 2.5 million square feet of industrial and office space, including 550,601 square feet at North 15 Logistics Park, 452,710 square feet at Henderson Freeways Crossing and build-to-suit projects for Amazon.com, Las Vegas College and 3G Productions. His experience also includes leadership roles at Panattoni Development and WattEV.
In his new role, Argier will lead all aspects of the development process, including land acquisition, entitlements, design, budgeting, construction, leasing and sales in Southern Nevada.
