▶ 2567 East Washburn Road LLC purchased 9.49 acres of vacant land on Corporate Center Drive in North Las Vegas for $2.48 million. Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International represented both the seller, The Realty Associates Fund XI LP, and the buyer.
