Clark County Credit Union named Sonya Hanna and Lauren Heathcock as new member services representatives. Hanna and Heathcock will be assisting members with transactions made at the branch. CCCU also named Abbey Sellers as a new mortgage loan officer. Sellers will help borrowers determine their best loan choice and then work with them to qualify for a loan.

LAW

Richard Jost, a director at Fennemore Craig Las Vegas office, has been named an adjunct professor at the University of Nebada, Las Vegas’ Boyd School of Law. At the law firm, Jost serves clients seeking legal assistance in the areas of administrative and regulatory law. He is also the chair of the firm’s aviation, aerospace and autonomous systems practice.

Judge William B. Gonzalez joined De Castroverde Law Group to lead its expanding family law department. Gonzalez has practiced law in Nevada since 1997. He served as a family court judge in Clark County Family Court Department F from 2009 to 2014. Prior to his tenure in Family Court, Gonzalez worked as a Clark County deputy public defender for 10 years and as an associate attorney for two years with another local law firm.

Kolesar &Leatham named Bryan Gresh as its full-service government affairs affiliate for Kolesar &Leatham Government Affairs. Gresh brings a distinguished career as a television reporter with decades of political and legislative consulting and advocacy experience, a background in running major campaigns and an intimate knowledge of the political landscape.

Robert W. Hernquist joined Howard &Howard Attorneys PLLC. He will practice out of the firm’s Las Vegas office. Hernquist concentrates his practice in commercial and complex civil litigation.

Dickinson Wright hired eight new attorneys to the firm’s Las Vegas office. The eight attorneys joining the firm from Lionel Sawyer &Collins are Ketan Bhirud, Elizabeth Brickfield, John Dawson, Jennifer Gaynor, Gregory Gemignani, Var Lordahl Jr., Matthew Policastro and Kendal Weisenmiller.

Bradley Boodt has been elected to a three-year term as a regional office representative on the management committee at Holland &Hart LLP. The five-person management committee oversees the management and strategic direction of the entire law firm, which has more than 470 attorneys in 15 offices across the Mountain West and Washington, D.C.

William Maupin joined Naylor &Braster. Maupin will focus on litigation, litigation consulting and alternative dispute resolution in Las Vegas and Reno. Maupin is one of the Nevada legal community’s most respected professionals, both as an attorney and Chief Justice of the Nevada Supreme Court. Prior to joining Naylor &Braster, he was a shareholder at Lionel Sawyer &Collins.

MARKETING

KPS3 Marketing, a full-service marketing and digital communications firm, named Ruth Furman as its Southern Nevada account director. A 15-year Las Vegas resident, Furman is a career journalist turned public relations and marketing communications professional. She recently won the Gold Award—Women in PR at PR World Awards. Furman has elevated the status of both startups and established businesses in a broad swath of industries, from construction to convention services and home improvement to home furnishings.

Provident Trust Group named Eleni Stylianou public relations and marketing coordinator and Danielle Nazareno marketing and design coordinator. Stylianou is responsible for helping the company increase its public relations efforts and drive marketing initiatives to increase revenue. Nazareno is responsible for designing graphics and marketing initiatives that support organizational and departmental objectives.

Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort named Laura Lake assistant marketing director. Her responsibilities will include customer service management, tourism outreach and merchant relations. Lake will also help with the content development of store promotions on the center’s website, social media platforms and other advertising and marketing materials.

MEDIA

The Nevada Broadcasters Association board of directors named Mary Beth Sewald president. Sewald is a longtime member of the media and the Las Vegas and Reno business community. Sewald brings more than 20 years of broadcasting experience to the association. Her career began in 1992 at local NBC affiliate, KVBC-TV (now KSNV). In 2001, she relocated to KRNV News 4 in Reno. Her 13-year leadership role included sales manager, news director, general manager and director of operations, where she led a team of more than 75 employees.

REAL ESTATE

Gatski Commercial promoted Nick Barber and Jeremy Foley to vice presidents of the company’s brokerage services department. Both brokers have more than eight years of experience in the industry and specialize primarily in office and retail assets.

Colliers International – Las Vegas hired Steven Haynes as an associate in the land division. Haynes has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Before joining Colliers International, he was a top-producing commercial real estate lender in Nevada and the commercial and builder executive for Chicago Title.

The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors named Michele L. Caprio chief executive officer. Caprio’s diverse career includes working in retail banking, as a real estate appraiser and as a legislative aide to the speaker of the House in the Rhode Island Legislature.
