If you have a great workplace, here is your chance to shout about it. Earn recognition as a Nevada Top Workplace.
For the fifth year, the Las Vegas Review-Journal and Business Press will honor quality workplace culture in the state. Any organization with 35 or more employees in Nevada is eligible to earn Top Workplaces recognition.
The nomination deadline is Jan. 5. Anyone can nominate any organization, whether it is public, private, nonprofit, school, or even a government agency. To nominate an employer, just go to topworkplaces.com/nominate/nevada or call 702-608-4829.
To qualify for a Nevada Top Workplaces award, employees evaluate workplaces using a short 24-question survey that takes about five minutes to complete. Companies will be surveyed from December to March.
There is no cost to participate, and winners will earn the coveted gold Top Workplaces badge to tout their achievement in 2024.
Energage, the Pennsylvania-based research partner for the project, conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 65 markets nationwide and surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in the past year.
For 2023, a record 67 Nevada employers earned recognition as Top Workplaces.
In 2023, there were 1,956 organizations invited to participate in the program. Out of that, 100 were surveyed. The number of employee survey responses was 17,143.
The 2024 campaign results will be published later next year. and winners will be invited to a celebration event. Details will be announced early next year.
