Q: What are you reading?

A: “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team,” a perennial classic — I always hear and learn something new.

Q: What is your favorite restaurant? Where do you take clients to dinner?

A: I have two favorite restaurants, Pinches Tacos and DW Bistro. Now, they’re side by side, and a half-mile from my office. I’m a happy guy!

Q: Where do you workout, or play your favorite sport?

A: Lifetime Fitness. And, my wife and I are a bit fanatical. We have an online trainer, who maps out all our workouts via a mobile app on our phones. We track reps, distance, weight, etc., and sync up with our trainer via Skype once a month.

Q: How do you decompress after a hard week?

A: Going to the gym, and spending time with my wife and kids. Recently, I’ve been playing Lego Star Wars on the Wii with my 5-year-old son. He’s really good at it, and alternates between hilarious trash talk and telling me I’m the best daddy ever when I help him get past an obstacle he’s struggling with.

Q: What is the biggest challenge facing Las Vegas in the next five years?

A: That’s a tough one. Probably the same as in the past: education and economic diversification.
