Q: What are you reading?
A: One of my current reads is “Team of Teams: New Rules of Engagement for a Complex World” by Gen. Stanley McChrystal. I’ve enjoyed learning about how small groups can help even the most complex organizations function at a high level. We’ve actually implemented a teams of teams approach at CleanSpark because of it.
Q: What is your favorite local restaurant?
A: Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana is just a few minutes from my office, so it’s a great go-to spot. Everything I’ve eaten there is delicious and they have incredible gluten-free options.
Q: Where do you work out or play your favorite sport?
A: I’m an avid mountain biker and I frequent the trails around Blue Diamond, west of Mountain’s Edge.
Q: How do you decompress after a tough week?
A: My favorite workout may be in the mountains, but I enjoy relaxing by the water after a hard week. Boating on Lake Mead and hanging out poolside are two of my favorite ways to decompress.
Q: What is the biggest challenge facing Southern Nevada?
A: The drought and diminishing water levels of the Colorado River are a huge challenge. We need to find sustainable solutions to cut back on usage before it’s too late.
