The Mob Museum will host “Princess of the Desert Inn: Suzanne Dalitz,” an installment of its Wiseguy Speaker Series. Although the series is normally reserved for Mob Museum members only, this event is open to the public. Admission is free for members, $30 for nonmembers. The American Institute of Architects Las Vegas chapter’s May membership meeting will feature a walk-through tour of the Neon Boneyard. The UNLV School of Medicine Research will celebrate 90 years of research in the Department of Veterans Affairs with friends from the Veterans Affairs Southern Nevada Healthcare System. The event is from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. at the New VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System Hospital, 6900 N. Pecos Road.

Nevada Attorney General Adam Paul Laxalt is the featured speaker for the Clark County Bar Association’s May luncheon from noon to 1 p.m. at the main dining room of the Las Vegas Country Club, 3000 Joe W.
