Southwest Medical has hired two advanced practice registered nurses, Sharon Froese and Jennifer Story-Salacup; two physician assistants, Ericsson Trieu and Wendi Tsukada; and nurse practitioner, Jacquelyn Webster. Froese will join Civic Center Drive Health Center, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. Story-Salacup will join Oakey and Decatur Health Center, specializing in adult medicine. Trieu will join Eastern Health Center, specializing in adult medicine. Tsukada will join Siena Health Center, specializing in adult medicine. Webster will join Siena Health Center, specializing in obstetrics and gynecology.
REAL ESTATE
NewMarket Advisors has hired Michelle Bauer as a retail real estate adviser, partnering with Ted Baker to represent national retail tenants and landlords of institutional quality shopping centers. Bauer brings more than 20 years of retail real estate experience to the partnership at NewMarket Advisors. Most recently, as state director for Kimco Realty Corp., she led the leasing and management team for as many as 18 of the company’s shopping centers. Previously, Bauer was a real estate manager for Dollar Tree stores, where she was responsible for new store development in the Southwest region, and also served as a leasing representative with Pan Pacific Realty, where she was in charge of leasing for 18 shopping centers throughout Nevada. Prior to that, she worked nearly five years with NewMarket Advisors.
