LEGAL
The Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service named former federal jurist Philip M. Pro to its panel. Pro will serve as an arbitrator, mediator and special master in a variety of disputes. Pro joins the group after a federal judicial career spanning 35 years. From 1980-87, Pro served as the only full-time U.S. magistrate judge in Las Vegas. He was named a federal district court judge in 1987 and also served as chief judge of the District of Nevada from 2002-07.
MEDICINE
Dr. Timothy Gallagher joins Southwest Medical Associates’ Southwest Surgery Center. He specializes in anesthesiology. He attended medical school at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and is certified with the American Board of Anesthesiologists.
Dr. Michael Gauron and Chelsea Sandusky joined Southwest Medical Associates’ Nellis Health Care Center.
Gauron specializes in adult medicine. He attended medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Md., and is certified with the American Board of Family Practice.
Sandusky, a pediatrics specialist, completed her physician assistant training at Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Pa.
Leslie Remedi has joined Southwest Medical Associates’ Nellis Convenient Care Center. Remedi specializes in urgent care. Remedi completed her physician assistant training at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia.
Dr. Charles Wilson joins Southwest Medical Associates’ Rancho/Charleston Health Care Center. Wilson specializes in adult medicine. He attended medical school at Nova Southeastern University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family.

Trosper Communications LLC named Kelsey Hand executive director of media and client relations. Hand, previously the public information coordinator for the Clark County Regional Flood Control District, will serve as the lead in media relations and as the liaison between the firm’s clients and the press.

Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce has promoted Dan Hubbard to senior director, retail services with the Las Vegas office.
Hubbard, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas, is one of the top five producing brokers in the Las Vegas office.
