Prime Trust has hired Whitney White as chief operating officer and chief technology officer. White's responsibilities will include helping to create innovative software that will enable tech-driven trust services. Previously, White was WR Hambrecht’s chief technology officer, as well as Head of Equity Capital Markets. He executed the IPOs for Google, Overstock.com, Morningstar, Interactive Brokers, Peet’s Coffee & Tea and others. He earned several patents for innovations in web-based securities auction processes as well as evolved and executed the firm’s platform-based crowdfunding and Regulation A+ mini IPO strategy.

Cathay Bank has named Jasmyne Shoemaker as vice president, relationship manager of its Nevada Commercial Real Estate Lending Group. In her position, Shoemaker will focus on outreach to commercial real estate developers and investors in the Las Vegas area, including Henderson, with financing needs for acquisition, construction lending, and other traditional banking solutions.
Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada has hired Chin Oh-Ciernick, nurse practitioner. Oh-Ciernick will be based based at CCCN’s Lung Center of Nevada clinic adjacent to MountainView Hospital, treating adult patients with acute and chronic pulmonary health concerns.
Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada has hired Hannah Furney, nurse practitioner. Furney will provide care to patients with cancer and blood conditions at CCCN’s Henderson clinic.
Comprehensive Cancer Centers of Nevada has hired Jon Bilstein as executive director. Bilstein brings to the practice more than 16 years of experience. As executive director, Bilstein will oversee all personnel, administrative and operating components of CCCN. From 2007 to 2014, Bilstein was practice director at CCCN, directing all operations for the practice’s then nine locations and 425 employees. His leadership and policies helped CCCN grow to 14 treatment centers and offices throughout Southern Nevada with more than 550 employees.
KPS3 Marketing has hired Matthew Forsythe, a digital project manager. Forsythe will work with the firm’s digital team to strategically develop and execute effective digital projects based on clients’ goals and desired outcomes. Forsythe previously worked as a design instructor, where he taught classes on print and digital design. He also served as the website and marketing manager for the Scripps College of Communication at Ohio University.
