One Nevada Credit Union announced five promotions within its leadership team to better align roles and impact.
— Tom Ernsperger, formerly executive vice president/chief lending officer, is now executive vice president/chief operating officer. In this new role, he oversees the credit union’s retail branch network, Contact Center, marketing, consumer, mortgage and business lending, as well as the credit union’s member investment and insurance areas.
— Mo Nemati, formerly vice president of lending, is now senior vice president of lending.
— Ana Marquez, formerly assistant vice president of retail operations, is now vice president of member experience, a newly created position that will support strategic enhancements across all member service channels.
— Jennifer Chambers, formerly director of retail operations (Contact Center), is now assistant vice president of retail operations (Contact Center).
— Jennifer Sayegh, formerly Contact Center manager, is now Contact Center director.

• Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada announced the appointment of Indera Ramkarran, digital sales director, West for Cox Media a division of Cox Communications, to its board of directors.
Ramkarran brings more than 15 years of experience in advertising strategy, analytics and marketing leadership to the JASN board. Since joining Cox in 2009, she has built an accomplished career spanning multiple divisions and progressive leadership roles. In 2024, she was promoted to digital sales director, West for Cox Media, where she oversees client strategy and analytics across the region.
Prior to her current role, Ramkarran served as digital sales manager, national sales manager and marketing strategist for Cox Media, as well as senior product marketing manager for Cox Business. She also held key acquisition specialist roles earlier in her career, giving her deep insight into customer engagement and growth strategies.
With primary expertise in advertising strategy and analytics, and secondary strengths in training, education and event execution, Ramkarran brings a skill set that aligns seamlessly with Junior Achievement’s mission to prepare young people for success in work, career, and life.

Founded locally in 1996, Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada, Inc. is dedicated to providing financial education to K-12 students and young adults with a curriculum including wants vs. needs, budget management to economic principals, workforce skills, credit and entrepreneurship. The completion of the new 40,000-square-foot Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada Inspiration Center will allow the nonprofit organization to impact more than 60,000 local youth. It is now the permanent site for capstone programs, Betty’s JA BizTown and JA Finance Park. • The Las Vegas Rescue Mission has announced the promotions of Alyson Martinez, Jeru Hollis and Jessica Danuser to new leadership roles at the nonprofit organization, strengthening its clinical, programming and operational divisions.
— Martinez has been named chief clinical officer, expanding her oversight of the Rescue Mission’s clinical services, recovery programs, shelter operations and additional organizational functions. Martinez has been with the Rescue Mission for seven years and brings more than 18 years of industry experience. In her role, she provides executive leadership across clinical and recovery services, emergency shelter operations, safety and security, thrift store operations and transportation and warehouse services. She also supports human resources functions and assists the CEO with facilities and kitchen operations.
Martinez oversees clinical supervision, ensures regulatory compliance, supports program innovation and works closely with the executive team and board to improve outcomes and guest care.
— Hollis has been promoted to director of programming, where he oversees the Rescue Mission’s emergency shelter services for individuals and families, as well as its recovery program serving individuals with substance use disorders. Hollis provides expertise to program supervisors, supports staff development, ensures program quality and compliance and works with community partners to enhance services.
Hollis joined the Rescue Mission in 2017 as a substance abuse counselor and later served as program supervisor. He became a fully certified alcohol and drug counselor in 2023 and has worked alongside Martinez since. He has been with the Rescue Mission for nearly seven years and continues to pursue advanced certifications and education to support both recovery and shelter services.
— Danuser has been promoted to director of administration, overseeing administrative operations, accounting support and human resources functions.
She carries nine years of experience from the IT industry, where she worked as an administrative assistant and purchasing manager. Since joining the Rescue Mission three years ago, she has supported accounting, human resources, benefits administration, invoicing and cash handling. She previously served as an administrative assistant and executive assistant before her promotion.

The Las Vegas Rescue Mission has been assisting homeless men, women and children in the community for more than 50 years. Since its beginning in 1970, the Rescue Mission has been providing meals, emergency shelter, recovery programs with addiction counseling and encouragement to help the low-income and homeless in the community. The nonprofit started with a small storefront building that included the chapel, kitchen and shelter, which was able to house a few men. Today, the Rescue Mission campus, which is located in downtown Las Vegas, is helping hundreds of men, women and children daily, while providing approximately 30,000 meals each month. It is a nonprofit Christian organization and provides services to all people without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, age, gender, religion or disability.
REAL ESTATE
• Las Vegas Realtors announced it has hired experienced association executive Lynda Fernandez as its new CEO.
Fernandez started work at LVR on Jan. 5. She brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience to LVR, most recently working as CEO of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors in White Plains, New York, the second largest real estate association in New York.
Before that, she served as CEO of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors in Kentucky. That followed more than 16 years at the 60,000-member Miami Association of Realtors, where her roles included chief of communications and global and senior vice president of public relations and international. Earlier in her career, she spent more than five years working as public relations manager at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
She has a degree in journalism and mass communications from Florida International University and a master’s degree in forensic accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Her real estate industry certifications include being a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Realtor Association Certified Executive (RCE). She has won several industry awards, including four International Leadership Awards from the Greater Miami Chamber. She is fluent in Spanish and also has a working knowledge of French, Portuguese and Italian.
LVR selected Fernandez after a lengthy nationwide search that also involved detailed interviews and several forms of feedback from multiple members of LVR.
“We were especially impressed with her relevant experience leading similar associations in different parts of the country, along with her strong communication skills, success in increasing revenue while adding value for members and her passion for the position,” LVR President George Kypreos said. “I’m confident she’ll do great things for our members, our industry and our community.”
Las Vegas Realtors (formerly known as Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors) was founded in 1947 and provides its nearly 16,000 local members with education, training and political representation. • NAIOP Southern Nevada, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association for the Las Vegas area, has named Jamie Schwartz as its full-time executive director.
“We are excited to introduce Jamie in this newly defined executive director role, created to support the chapter’s evolving needs and long-term objectives. With a strong background relevant to so many of our members and a proven ability to lead, Jamie will work in partnership with our board of directors and president to advance strategic initiatives and elevate the chapter’s presence in government affairs and advocacy,” said Steve Neiger, 2026 chapter president.
Schwartz will work closely with longtime NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter Executive Katrina Bruce, who has run the local chapter’s operations for 36 years. Her team at Alternative Management will continue to support the chapter in the coming years.
“This is a significant move for both Jamie and NAIOP,” Bruce said. “I’m looking forward to her leadership as we work together to shape the future evolution of the chapter.”
Schwartz joins NAIOP from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where she was the director of business and industry engagement for the UNLV Office of Economic Development.
She brings to her new role extensive experience working closely with developers, investors, local governments, universities and other diverse stakeholders to align private capital with community and business economic development objectives. The longtime Las Vegan has successfully helped position Southern Nevada competitively within the broader commercial real estate and development markets.
She is a graduate of UNLV, where she also earned a master’s degree in business and finance. She has also served on the board of directors for SafeNest, a local organization dedicated to ending domestic and sexual violence.
