• RevPro Management Services, a leading national ticket distribution, analytics and pricing management firm serving rights holders, venues and professional resellers, announced the appointment of Bart Badgett as director of business analytics and strategy.
Badgett brings more than eight years of experience from AEG Presents, where he most recently served as director, premium ticketing. During his tenure, he played a central role in scaling dynamic pricing initiatives across the organization, driving significant growth in both participation and revenue.
He increased regional office participation in premium ticketing programs by more than 150 percent and grew revenue from premium ticketing initiatives by 300 percent. He also led the expansion of his team by 400 percent, building and managing a highly collaborative, multi-market operation supporting offices and partners across the United States. Earlier at AEG, Badgett held progressive leadership roles including senior manager and manager of premium ticketing, where he helped double participation and revenue while expanding the company’s regional footprint.
In his new role at RevPro, Badgett will oversee business analytics, strategic planning and performance insights across the company’s platform and partner ecosystem. He will work closely with the executive team to further enhance RevPro’s data-driven pricing frameworks and strategic advisory services, with a focus on identifying, predicting and executing on ticket value at critical points in the sales cycle.

LAW
• Taft, one of the fastest growing law firms in the nation, has named highly regarded M&A attorney Lyle Wallace as partner-in-charge of its Colorado and Nevada offices. In this new role, Wallace will lead the firm’s strategic direction across Colorado and Nevada, advance key growth and market-expansion initiatives and champion a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Wallace succeeds Stefan Stein, who first served as CEO of Sherman & Howard (S&H), then transitioned to Mountain West chairman and Colorado partner-in-charge when Taft and Sherman & Howard merged at the beginning of 2025.

Licensed and based in Colorado, Wallace demonstrated his leadership while serving as practice group leader of S&H’s business and real estate practice group and on the S&H Executive Committee.

He co-founded the Mile High Five Foundation supporting Colorado’s at-risk youth, and the Green & Gold Foundation, which supports Colorado State University. He previously served on the boards of Youth Opportunity Foundation and Denver Active 20-30 Children’s Foundation, now called Denver Children’s Foundation.

• Pisanelli Bice PLLC, a Las Vegas-based litigation firm, announced M. Magali Mercera has been promoted to partner.
Mercera joined Pisanelli Bice in 2011 and has built a broad litigation practice focused on complex commercial disputes.
