▶ Teco Highway LLC purchased 28,432 square feet of industrial space at 3550 W. Teco Ave., for $3.9 million. Dean Willmore and Chelsy Cardin of Colliers International represented the seller, DKB LLC.
▶ GKT 4 LLC purchased 91.76 acres of vacant land in Apex Industrial Park on the northwest corner of Apex Power Parkway and U.S. Highway 93 in North Las Vegas for $3.44 million.
