Prologis pays $3.4 million For 13.46 acres of land
▶ Big industrial developer Prologis closed on a $3.4 million purchase of 13.46 acres at the corner of Wigwam Parkway and Business Center Drive, inside Black Mountain Business Park. Colliers International brokers Dan Doherty, Susan Borst, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty represented Prologis, which bought the property from land developer The LandWell Co.
Prologis is building a 464,203-square-foot spec warehouse at Pecos and Gowan roads.

▶ Kevin Higgins, Garrett Toft and Zac Zaher of Voit Real Estate Services represented PAS Partners LLC in its $475,000 purchase of a 6,347-square-foot industrial property at 2749 N. Lamb Blvd. Brian Riffel of Colliers International represented seller MCA Lamb LLC.
▶ NSHE/UNLV purchased the 7,763 square-foot office property at 1325 E. Harmon Ave. in Las Vegas. Phillip Dunning and Mike Mixer of Colliers International represented the seller, Harmon Midtown Partners LLC.
▶ 3606 Sunset LLC purchased 2,610 square feet of office property at 3608 Sunset Road in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $235,000. Bridget Richards of Colliers International represented the buyer. Jason Lesley of Colliers International represented the seller, Sunset Pecos II LLC.

▶ Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented landlord E-Grand Ventures LLC in a 120-month lease of 41,500 square feet of retail space at 4245 S. Grand Canyon Drive. Flip N Tag LLC was the tenant in the $3.37 million deal.
▶ Colliers broker Dean Willmore represented both tenant and landlord in a $725,832 lease extension on 55,125 square feet of industrial space at 3030 N. Lamb Boulevard. Updike Distribution Logistics leased the space from Natomas Creek Nevada.
▶ Nelson Tressler and Michael Zobrist of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented tenant VERITASFAYTHEFOURTEEN LLC dba Tropical Smoothie in its lease of 2,580 square feet of retail space at 3565 S. Rainbow Blvd. Liz Clare of Avison Young represented landlord W&W Partnership in the $691,956 agreement.
▶ Robert Hatrak II of Virtus Commercial negotiated a 27-month retail lease for 1,524 square feet of space inside MonteLago Village at Lake Las Vegas. Hatrak represented both the landlord, Signal Butte Investors LLC, and the tenant, Hutano Physical Therapy, in the $405,720 agreement.
▶ International Church Four Square Gospel leased 4,366 square feet of retail space in Regal Plaza, 8826 S. Eastern Avenue, Suite 107-109, in Las Vegas. Matt Feustel of Virtus Commercial represented the lessee in 36-month deal valued at $179,180. Devon Sanson represented the lessor, Regal I LLC.
