La Esperanza Apartments sells for $4.5M
Devin Lee, CCIM; Robin Willett; Jerad Roberts; and Jason Dittenber of Northcap Multifamily have announced the recent sale of La Esperanza Apartments for $4,508,000 ($62,611/unit). This sale consisted of 72 multifamily units built in 1962. The complex is at 900 to 1208 E. Carey Ave. in North Las Vegas. This multiple parcel assemblage assemblage required simultaneous closing of five separate escrows. The purchaser of this value-add opportunity plans extensive renovations to the property. This transaction closed June 20. Northcap Multifamily represented the seller (Tayla Family Trust & Miklos Steuer Trusts) as well as the buyer (La Esperanza, LLC) in this off-market transaction.

• Brixton Capital signed lease deals with Sprouts Farmers Market and Del Taco at its 358,632-square-foot Rainbow Plaza shopping center at 861 South Rainbow Blvd.
Sprouts Farmers Market will occupy approximately 30,000 square feet of space, taking up a portion of a former JCPenney’s box space. Construction is slated to begin soon.
Del Taco has started construction on a drive-through restaurant occupying approximately 2,400 square feet of space on the corner of South Rainbow and Alta Drive, located at the north end of Rainbow Plaza.
