COMPLETED SALE TRANSACTIONS

• A sale to CDIN Holdings LLC. The approximately 10,500-square-foot office property is in St. Rose Dominican’s San Martin Campus at 8440 W. Warm Springs Road. The transaction value was $1,837,500. • A sale to Doumani Holdings LLC. The approximately 2.3-acre land parcel is near East Carey Avenue on North Nellis Boulevard (APN: 140-17- 810-002 portion). The transaction value was $1,250,000.
