A sale to CDIN Holdings LLC. The approximately 10,500-square-foot office property is in St. Rose Dominican’s San Martin Campus at 8440 W. Warm Springs Road. The transaction value was $1,837,500. Grant Traub and Chris Connell of Colliers International represented the seller, DWSMC Holdings LLC. Stacy Scheer , CCIM, LEED GA of Colliers International represented the buyer.
A sale to Rainbow Ventures LLC. The approximately 7,200-square-foot AutoZone building is at 4559 Blue Diamond Road. The transaction value was $1,684,210. David A. Grant of Colliers International represented the buyer.
Sunroad Enterprises of San Diego has acquired Avery Park Apartments at 2200 N. Torrey Pines Drive. Avery Park Apartments is the fourth existing property to be acquired under Sunroad Enterprises’ rapidly growing Multifamily Division, which now has in excess of 2,250 units in various stages of new vertical construction or active value-add renovation. Sunroad’s multifamily growth has been primarily focused in California, Arizona and Nevada.
CBRE Group has announced the recent sale of the legendary Las Vegas Country Club to Samick Music Corp., a U.S. subsidiary of Samick Musical Instruments Co. Ltd., one of the world’s largest musical instrument manufacturers, for an undisclosed price.

Reno-based Truckee Gaming LLC has pleased announced it has completed the acquisition of three casinos and additional land owned by Pioneer Crossing Casinos LLC. The casinos are the Pioneer Crossing in Dayton; Pioneer Crossing in Fernley; and the Pioneer Crossing in Yerington. Truckee Gaming received Nevada gaming commission approval and closed on the acquisition on Dec. 21.
Marcus Millichap has announced the sale of La Quinta Inn Suites Las Vegas Airport South, a 140-room hospitality property. The asset sold for $17,500,000.

The asset sold for $4,700,000.
Cushman Wakefield announced the sales of three high-quality office buildings totaling 172,469 square feet that comprise the Green Valley Corporate Center-North complex in Henderson. The assets, which consisted of Plaza 8, 9 and 10, transpired over two separate investment transactions for a combined price of $37.05 million.
