The firm has already begun significant interior and exterior property renovations and part of repositioning and rebranding the property as Cyan.

California-based Westland Real Estate Group has purchased two Las Vegas apartment communities for $60.3 million. The complexes are Liberty Village Apartments at 4870 Nellisoasis Lane and Village Square at 5025 Nellisoasis Lane. Between the two there are 1,129 units.

This sale consisted of 191 multifamily units; 6,364 square feet of retail space and 0.89 acres of land built in 1979, at 629 S. Main Street in downtown Las Vegas. This transaction closed on Aug. 8. Northcap Multifamily represented the seller 1060 Broadway LLC.
Chris Richardson , CCIM, and Jason Otter of Logic Commercial Real Estate (Logic) has announced the sale of Centennial Square, a 46,316-square-foot multitenant retail center on South Durango Road in the northwest Las Vegas Valley. Logic represented the seller, Monaco Properties and Colliers International, Steven Haynes , represented the buyer, Weightman Holdings. The property closed at $16 million, which was $346 per square foot, at a 7.14 percent CAP rate.
A four-building, multi-tenant office portfolio, totaling 158,341 square feet situated on nearly 14 acres in has sold to an investor. Newport Beach, California-based Buchanan Street acquired the properties at 2300 2310 and 2340 2350 Corporate Circle for $27.8 million. Collectively known as Green Valley Corporate Center North—Tech Park V and VI, the assets are part of a larger, massive high-class regional real estate portfolio that is being sold by American Nevada Co.
TruAmerica Multifamily, in partnership with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management LP has acquired Aviata, a 456-unit multifamily property in Henderson, in an off-market transaction for $67 million.

Charles Moore , CSM, and Marlene Fujita-Winkel , CCIM, of CBRE’s Las Vegas office represented the seller, Passco Eastwind Owner LLC, in the $12,165,000 transaction encompassing 45,240 square feet. The buyer, Rainbow Express Center LLC, was represented by Joshua Michaeli of International Realty LV. The property is situated at the intersection of Windmill Lane and Eastern Avenue and is shadow-anchored by a Smith’s grocery store and a Walgreens.
