SALES OF SIGNIFICANCE

• ATTAP Co. Inc. purchased the 72,164-square-foot industrial property at 1841 E. Craig Road in North Las Vegas for $7.15 million. Greg Pancirov and Mike DeLew of Colliers International represented the seller, 1031 Services Inc. as QI for CJP.

• Peter Lik Badura LLC purchased 11,140 square feet of industrial space in the Badura Industrial Center at 6645 W. Badura Ave. , Suite B-1, B-2, in Las Vegas for $1.25 million. Suzette LaGrange and Kara Walker of Colliers International represented the seller, Castillo LLC.
