The four-story project will feature one and two bedroom units, along with townhouse and penthouse units. Occupancy is expected in the first quarter of 2017. The new owners are reviving a mothballed project that would have put luxury condos on the site near the start of the recession. Several units will have unobstructed views of the Spring Mountains and the Strip.
