Sales of significance
• Water Shark Systems LLC purchased a 39,348-square-foot industrial building at 3828 Civic Center Drive, North Las Vegas, for $3.4 million. Jarrad Katz and Galit Kimerling of MDL Group represented the seller, Civic Center Properties LLC.
• The same MDL Group brokers represented Yack Construction in its $750,000 purchase of 7,150 square feet at 4280 N. Pecos Road. The seller was JJS LLC.
• CW & AC Enterprises Ltd. has sold a 26,165-square-foot industrial building at 2925 Lincoln Road in North Las Vegas for $1.8 million in an off-market transaction. The buyer was 2925 Lincoln LLC. Eric J. Larkin of NAI Vegas represented both parties.
• Scott Gragson and Robert Torres of Colliers International represented Beltway 4.77 LLC in its $4.25 million sale of 9.55 acres at the southeast corner of Buffalo Drive and Sunset Road. The buyer was ABC Land and Development.
• The Las Vegas Club, at the corner of Main and Fremont streets in downtown Las Vegas, was sold to 18 Fremont Street Acquisition LLC. The seller was the Tamares Group. The price was not disclosed.

• Nevada Restaurant Services Inc. leased 48,320 square feet of industrial property in Golden Triangle Industrial Park at 3115 E. Lone Mountain Road, Suite 1300, in North Las Vegas. Greg Pancirov and Mike DeLew of Colliers International represented the lessee.
• Project Dynamics leased 4,662 square feet of industrial space in Hacienda Crossing at 5275 S. Arville St., Suite 100, in Las Vegas. Dean Willmore, Mike DeLew and Greg Pancirov of Colliers International represented the lessor FJM Holdings, LLC.
