Sun Life Assurance Co. has sold Premier Plaza, containing 33,302 square feet of office space, for $4.025 million.
The five-building complex is at 4425-4465 S. Jones Blvd.
Charles Moore, Marlene Fujita Winkel and M. Laura Hart of CBRE represented the seller. The buyer, an investor who wishes to remain anonymous, was represented by Salina Ramirez of Commercial Executives.
According to Fujita, the transaction is indicative of a growing trend of investors taking advantage of competitive rates in the multi-tenant class B and C office space, acquiring debt and reaping solid returns.
ASCAYA sells $2.6 million home site
Henderson residential community ASCAYA has sold its largest home site to date for $2.6 million.
The site, at 6 Heavens Edge Court, includes 1.14 acres of usable space on a 1.95-acre hillside lot with views of the city and the McCullough Range.

ASCAYA is a community of 313 custom home sites for multi-million dollar luxury homes. It is the highest price sale of a single vacant home site in Southern Nevada in the past year, according to the Nevada MLS.
“It is also one of the highest elevation homes available in the community with an elevation of 2,763 feet,” said Darin Marques, ASCAYA sales manager.

n Maravic Banal purchased 4,640 square feet of office property in Palm Court at 6859 S. Eastern Ave. in Las Vegas. The transaction value was $730,000. Bridget Richards and Jason Lesley of Colliers International represented the seller, Independent NV DR INS Exchange.
n Sunset Development Partners LLC paid $1.2 million for a 4.22-acre parcel, industrial zoned, on Sunset Road, east of McLeod Drive. Bridget Richards and Jason Lesley of Colliers International represented the buyer.
