Relationship-focused banking and value-added resources propel Las Vegas businesses in today’s climate

Since our founding, Enterprise Bank & Trust has focused on guiding people to a lifetime of financial success. We empower privately held businesses to succeed, help families to secure their financial futures, and invest to advance the quality of life in the communities we serve.

As Enterprise’s Las Vegas market president, the bank’s commitment to building strong client relationships and its tight-knit community bank model with “big bank” resources are just two of many reasons I’m honored and excited to join the organization.

With a growing presence in Las Vegas, we focus on more than banking transactions. Enterprise serves the Las Vegas metropolitan area by investing in regional economic development initiatives and offering educational resources and networking opportunities to not only our clients but also the wider community, at no cost to them.

We know that every business — and every person — is unique. We’re built on trusted, personal relationships, and are dedicated to getting to know our clients and their businesses. The relationships we develop fuel our ability to tailor our banking, trust and financial advisory services to each client’s unique needs.

In addition to our relationship-based banking model, another long-standing resource that Enterprise offers the business community, Enterprise University, has been serving business leaders and their teams for more than two decades. Enterprise University is our business education series that was created to meet a need in the community for continuous business skill development. The program offers live, virtual courses at no cost to attendees.

All courses are led by subject matter experts who work in the field and live what they teach. They offer insights and actionable strategies that course attendees can implement right away to make their teams and organizations stronger.

Each spring and fall semester offers a course lineup of more than 30 live, interactive webinars, covering leadership and management, finance and operations, human resources, marketing and sales, and other trending topics, such as artificial intelligence, cross-generational leadership and cybersecurity trends and best practices.

Registration for the spring semester of Enterprise University launches Feb. 26 and 90-minute courses take place between March and May. View the coursebook and register for classes on our website linked below.

Enterprise University has always been available to not only clients, but the broader business community, as a testament to our belief that we only succeed when our community succeeds. In order to truly invest in the growth and continuous improvement of business owners and their teams, the decision to ensure accessibility of the program was an easy one.

As workforce development and retention are more important than ever, the courses also serve as a resource to business owners and leaders looking to offer no-cost professional development opportunities to their teams. An effective talent development program equips employees with new skills and strategies to tackle the challenges of an ever-changing business world, while also growing their careers. Enterprise University helps leaders support employees in this way.

The Enterprise.ing podcast is another resource for business leaders. The podcast explores themes of networking, entrepreneurship and leadership through interviews led by podcast host, Alana Muller, an entrepreneurial executive whose primary focus is to connect, inspire and empower community. With more than 75 episodes available, there is a relevant conversation for any leader or professional navigating the business world to reach their goals.

In addition to supporting our communities through education, Enterprise partners with local and national nonprofit organizations to help further their missions.

Our annual Community Impact Report documents just a sampling of the impact that our community partners and associates have every year. The annual report shares stories of hope, dreams, growth and revitalization, through the eyes of the individuals and organizations impacted. The most recent report showcases a local Las Vegas-based nonprofit partner and tells the story of a senior couple who received critical legal support that allowed them to protect their rights and finances.

As we look to the future, we are poised to continue implementing innovative financial solutions to meet the evolving needs of Las Vegas’s small and midsize businesses while also helping the communities we serve thrive. Our Las Vegas team is grateful to our clients for choosing Enterprise as their banking partner and allowing us to help them reach their financial and business goals. Together, there’s no stopping you!
