The results are in for Nevada Top Workplaces 2025.
For the sixth year, Las Vegas Review-Journal and the Las Vegas Business Press have partnered with Energage, a Pennsylvania-based research company, to conduct employee surveys and identify Nevada Top Workplaces.
This year, 2,452 companies were invited to participate. Out of that number 105 of them were surveyed. That means 42,893 Nevada employees were surveyed about their employers and 53.4 percent of them responded to the short list of questions.
From this information Energage was able to identify a record-setting 79 Nevada Top Workplaces winners. Last year, 66 organizations earned the award.
The companies are listed below in alphabetical order. The specific rankings and special leadership awards will be announced in an awards ceremony this fall. Details on that will be released later this year.
The winners are organized by size of companies.
• This year, there were 11 winners in the large category, which defines companies with 500 or more employees in the region.
• There were 20 winners in the midsize category, which is 150-499 employees.
• And, in the small category, 149 or fewer employees, there were 48 winners.
There were 20 newcomers to the list this year. Some of them include: Carson Tahoe Health, PENN Entertainment (owner of M Resort Spa Casino), WOW Carwash, ResortCom, Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino and Nations Direct Mortgage.
Seven employers have been named Nevada Top Workplaces winners for all six years. They are: Anderson Business Advisors, Lawyer Mechanical Services, Lexus of Las Vegas/Lexus of Henderson/Centennial Subaru, McCarthy Building Cos, One Nevada Credit Union, Panda Restaurant Group and Picerne Real Estate Group.
Energage conducts Top Workplaces surveys for media in 65 markets nationwide and surveyed more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in the past year.
