Las Palmas Village sold for $23.4 million

Citywest Investments Joint Venture, an Australian firm, has purchased Las Palmas Village, a 109,838-square-foot shopping center at 415-535 E. Windmill Lane, for $23.4 million. Jeff Mitchell and Chris Emanuel of Virtus Commercial advised the buyers. Michael Hackett and Ryan Schubert of DTZ represented the seller, Donahue Schriber Realty Group LP.

Sales of significance

– Brokers with Sun Commercial Real Estate guided three large property sales in recent weeks.

Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske, Roy Fritz and Riley Foley advised Sage Industrial Holdings LLC in its $3.9 million sale of a 36,657-square-foot, four-building industrial park at 111-125 Corporate Park. Greg Pancirov of Colliers International represented the buyer, Elevon Corporate Park LLC.

The Jones team also represented CMA Industries LLC in its $3.07 million purchase of a 45,000-square-foot America‘s Best Value Inn at 1000-1006 Main St. Colliers‘ Al Twainy advised seller Spinsig Industries.

Finally, the group represented TCWM LLC in its $345,000 sale of a 4,477-square-foot industrial building at 1993 Whitney Mesa Drive. Joe Slyman of JMS Properties guided the buyer, Giovanni Campagna.
