– Brokers with Sun Commercial Real Estate guided three large property sales in recent weeks.
Cathy Jones, Paul Miachika, Jessica Cegavske, Roy Fritz and Riley Foley advised Sage Industrial Holdings LLC in its $3.9 million sale of a 36,657-square-foot, four-building industrial park at 111-125 Corporate Park. The Jones team also represented CMA Industries LLC in its $3.07 million purchase of a 45,000-square-foot America‘s Best Value Inn at 1000-1006 Main St. Colliers‘ Al Twainy advised seller Spinsig Industries.
