Q: What are you reading?
A: Currently reading “Endure” by Cameron Haynes; and just finished “Gambler” by Billy Walters. I read mostly autobiographies of those who I admire and have proven to be pioneers in their respective fields.
Q: What is your favorite restaurant or place to take clients?
A: In Las Vegas this question warrants its own list. In no particular order (for investors) it would be SW Steakhouse, Golden Steer and Main St. Provisions. All of these spots exude service, class and the very best of Las Vegas.
Q: How do you decompress after a long week?
A: Decompressing after a big day (or big week) includes staying home and hiking my two German shepherds, watching “Jeopardy” and hitting the pool at Lifetime.
Q: What do you do to workout?
A: After nearly two decades completing Ironman races all over the globe I now run, swim and enjoy hot yoga. Again, hiking the dogs is probably my favorite daily escape with distance swimming a close second.
Q: What is the biggest challenge facing Southern Nevada?
A: Having the infrastructure keep pace with the population growth is the single largest issue in Southern Nevada. While the exodus from California continues and we continue to benefit from the mistakes made in the Golden State our roads and traffic are having a great deal of trouble keeping pace. As a 10-year resident I also would include the decadelong contract with Formula 1 to the mix!!!
