Q: What are you reading?

A: I am currently reading “Start with Why” by Simon Sinek as well as “The Dwarves” By Markus Heitz

Q: What is your favorite restaurant?

A: I have a tough time choosing just one, so I have narrowed it down to a top three. I would say The Kitchen at Atomic, Esther’s Kitchen and Sparrow + Wolf are my favorite restaurants.

Q: Where do you work out or play your favorite sport?

A: I am a member of Las Vegas Athletic Clubs, where I get most of my exercise in, and I enjoy taking trips to the mountains for skiing and mountain biking.

Q: How do you decompress after a long week?

A: To decompress, I enjoy spending quality time with my kids.

Q: What is the biggest challenge facing Southern Nevada?

A: One big challenge is the lack of quality, skilled labor in Southern Nevada. With our fast-paced growth, a lot of employers are struggling to find qualified candidates to fill the many open positions that are required to manage and operate these large undertakings.
