Sales of significance
• Irvine, California-based Premier Business Center purchased the Brandywine Executive Center in the Augusta Park Complex at 1489 W. Warm Springs Road in Henderson. The 14,533-square-foot executive office suite is the second property in Las Vegas for Premier Business Centers. The center has 49 private executive office spaces, two conference room, a day office, a kitchen and a reception area. This center provides an alternative to long-term traditional commercial office space.
• 1051 Mary Crest LLC purchased 156,564 square feet of industrial space in Suncrest Commerce Center at 1051 Mary Crest Road in Henderson for $13.75 million. Mike DeLew and Greg Pancirov of Colliers International represented the seller, DCT Commercial.
• Rock Ridge Viewpointe LLC et al purchased 33,995 square feet of office space in Viewpointe at 8205 and 8235 S. Eastern Ave. in Las Vegas for $5.13 million. • Harsch Investment Properties LLC purchased 32,808 square feet of industrial space in Black Mountain Business Park at 150 N. Gibson Road in Henderson for $3.25 million from Black Mountain Equity Ltd. Greg Pancirov and Mike DeLew of Colliers International represented the buyer.
• Core and Value Advisors LLC purchased 25,600 square feet of industrial space in Patrick Airport Center at 6012 S. Topaz St. in Las Vegas for $2.4 million from Interpacific Mgt. Group LLC. Dean Willmore, Mike DeLew, Greg Pancirov and Chelsy Cardin of Colliers International represented the buyer.
• WHASN Holdings LLC purchased 10,741 square feet of office space at 8906 Spanish Ridge Ave., Suite 202, in Las Vegas for $1.63 million. Jeb Betz of Juliet Realty represented WHASN and Brendan Keating and Marc Magliarditi of Logic Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, TAG 8906 SR LLC.
