Sunmark Plaza on Marks Street in Henderson recently changed hands for $59,788,000. Sunmark Centers LLC of Beverly Hills, Calif. sold the 22.94-acre retail center, anchored by Costco with additional tenants Best Buy, PetCo and Sports Authority, among others, to Sunmark Property LLC. Sunmark Property was incorporated in Nevada on Oct. 21, 2015, with its manger, Wan-I Huang, listed in Chino, Calif. The Bilak Cos. of Beverly Hills represented the seller.
Sunmark Centers LLC originally purchased the retail center for $44,899,000 in September of 2002 from Sunmark Plaza LLC, a joint venture of the Molasky Group of Companies and Laurich Properties. The Molasky Group of companies was the original developer of the property.
